As your TC we will:

1. Open escrow if not yet pre-opened
2. Review your listing agreements and purchase contracts to ensure all initials, signatures and dates are not missing.
3. Provide a coversheet with all pertinent contingency dates and basic escrow information
4. Email reminders for contingency periods
5. Work with you and your clients to obtain all the necessary disclosures required for your office.  
6. Order NHD and home warranty per the purchase contract.
7. Connect with the other agent, escrow officer and lender.  
8. We also adhere to your office’s timeline to ensure your listings and pendings are turned in to your Broker within the required timeframe.  
9. Weekly updates on your Broker file.
10. We follow the contract to ensure all agreed inspections have been ordered and send all invoices to escrow to be paid before the property records.

 Our prices start at $300 per deal and if you double end our fee is $400.
