- Provide a coversheet with all pertinent contingency dates and basic escrow information
- Email reminders for contingency periods
- Work with you and your clients to obtain all the necessary disclosures required for your office.
- Order NHD and home warranty per the purchase contract.
- Connect with the other agent, escrow officer and lender.
- We also adhere to your office’s timeline to ensure your listings and pendings are turned in to your Broker within the required timeframe.
- Weekly updates on your Broker file.
- We follow the contract to ensure all agreed inspections have been ordered and send all invoices to escrow to be paid before the property records.
Our prices start at $299 per deal and if you double end our fee is $399.
